Training and Consulting Course on Accounting and Taxation
According to the Public Relations and International Affairs of Royan Institute, a training and consulting course on accounting and taxation was held at the "Royan Biotechnology Incubator."In light of the importance of accounting and taxation, and to address some issues faced by companies based in the "Royan Biotechnology Incubator," an educational and consulting session on accounting and taxation took place on Tuesday, October 29, 2023.
Recording and evaluating the financial events of companies are among the most critical responsibilities of managers in any organization, and the accuracy and precision of these processes are directly linked to the company's success.
Farhad Izadi, a member of the Association of Official Tax Consultants and a member of the Iranian Professional Financial Managers Association, served as the instructor and consultant for this specialized session. He highlighted the significance of accounting as the heart of an organization and elaborated on the accounting objectives from intra-organizational and extra-organizational perspectives. Within the intra-organizational aspect, he emphasized the importance of accurately calculating costs and establishing budgets. In the extra-organizational aspect, he discussed the necessity of fulfilling legal obligations, particularly concerning taxation processes.
The remainder of the session was dedicated to a Q&A segment, where managers and representatives of knowledge-based companies discussed their accounting and taxation queries, including the selection of accounting software, tax-related issues, employment contracts, and interactions with the Social Security Organization.
At the end of the session, a survey was conducted, and participants expressed a desire for the continuation of such meetings.
The Royan Biotechnology Incubator, in line with its mission, strives to create conditions that enable resident companies to become thoroughly familiar with business-related processes, including their legal and regulatory responsibilities.
